On the day we clean for you, our technicians will inspect your carpet, accurately measure the area that requires cleaning, personally review the work with you and then proceed upon your approval. Bronze, Silver & Gold packages are based on carpet cleaning up to 300 sq. ft. Areas over this size will be charged out at $.40 per sq ft. Please add $.10 per sq ft if there is considerable furniture to be moved or if the carpet is heavily soiled. Stairs are $3.00 each. Depending on the fabric, our cleaning rate for upholstered furniture is $20 to 25 per lineal foot. Area rugs are quoted on an individual basis.
